I recently drained most of my bank account to get my 2 cats to America from India since my friend who took them in lost a job and housing. It cost me several thousand dollars. The person who brought them here had to go back on short notice since HER cat ran away, she went through booking 4 international tickets on my card frantically, all of which either had high cancelation fees or were non refundable. I couldnt say anything since she did such a massive favor for me. Now Im mostly broke. I am a fresh (immigrant) graduate who can't currently find a job, and every bit of help will help me stay afloat and do my cats justice.
