Help with moms medical bills & procedure and get back on my feet

My mom was diagnosed with a condition similar to achalasia where her esophagus is damaged and she’s unable to swallow properly. This means she has been on a liquid diet for a while now but it’s consistently deteriorating and she needs to have it operated on urgently before she’s unable to swallow at all. I was retrenched and had to start freelancing to make it work and then she was retrenched as well and have only been able to get a job with low pay because of her age. I have been helping her with bills and medical bills but this has caused me to rack up quite a bit of debt to keep up and we need to get the funds for the operation urgently as she has no medical cover as she cannot afford it so the operation will have the be paid cash. I need funds to help her pay for the doctor visits, the operation and the after care, as well as covering her bills while she recovers and cannot work, and also to cover my debt so I am able to get back on my feet for my own family.
