Good day everyone. I'm a black African woman. I was so happy when I came across the group. I rarely ask for help, but I have found myself in a difficult situation. I've been using my Tecno Pop 6 since 2023, and lately it has become extremely slow and hangs constantly, making it difficult for me to study, communicate, and carry out basic tasks. I would love to replace it, but my Mom is currently struggling financially. I still have university fees, books, and other academic expenses to worry about, and my exams start next week. I've considered looking for work, but right now I need to focus on preparing for myexams.ineedhel
