I am in need of assistance. A hand up not a handout. My electric bill has gotten out of hand. I am retired, and on a fixed income. Yes, I have asked all the state and governments in my county for assistance. I received $300 paid straight to Duke Energy. That was all they would donate. Well, my bill was way more than that. I just need to get it manageable. Please, if you have anything to give, do it cheerfully. Thank you, and GOD bless you immensely!
